The stainless steel wire rope mesh are hand-made from the stainless steel wire rope, there are two types : knotted mesh and ferruled mesh. Originally intended and now are widely applied in zoos for the construction of animal enclosure, animal cage and aviary, so we call it " ZOOMESH ". You can create a natural environment totally enclosed with ZOOMESH and replace unsightly chicken wire or non-metal mesh.. These products require constant maintenance and have a relatively short-term life span. But ZOOMESH's physical properties are incredibly well suited for the above mentioned applications, most important, it is no need to maintenance, and the life span will be more than 30 years.
The Ferruled Mesh has the same physical properties as the knotted Mesh, the only difference is the combination style: the stainless wire ropes are combined by the ferrules which are made of the same grade stainless steel. Besides the application in the zoo environment, the Ferruled Mesh could also be applied in the decoration field, for example, the hand-rail and so on.
The stainless steel wire rope mesh is available in bulk rolls. The mesh can be stretched tight to conform to a rigid structure design, or can be draped like a tent to reduce impact damage to flying birds. The stainless steel wire rope mesh can also be manufactured to custom specifications using various wire gauges, stainless steel grades or knit patterns and slit to widths to suit your application.
